    I could not believe the terrible service. I made a delivery order for a meal which I paid for online. I chased up the order after 1hr 30mins when I was told it's on the way. Of course it was not! After 2hrs I cancelled the order.

    The next day I requested a refund which I was told I could not have as it came through as a collection order. No apology or anything, just rudeness.

    What's happened to customer loyalty?! This is terrible service for a village restaurant.
